Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants
- knowledge of company policies and applicable laws

- ability to handle multiple projects
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and use hands effectively

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in line with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train staff
- plan, assign, and direct work while appraising employee performance
- foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members for success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members with tasks when needed
- promote sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- manage P&L and optimize schedules
- maintain restaurant equipment and facilities
- perform all other assigned duties
