Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Train develop and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times
