Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting culinary practices and hospitality management principles
  • Experience in training development and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
  • Train develop and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times
