Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • must be Serve-Safe certified
  • knowledge of company operating systems and policies
  • understanding of supervisory practices
  • knowledge of employment laws
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • one to two years related experience and/or training
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
  • ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • effective presentation and communication skills with groups of managers and clients
  • strong mathematical skills including algebra and geometry
  • ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
  • Serve-Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
  • execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective measures
  • participate in hiring and interviewing new employees
