Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- must attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- must be Serve-Safe certified
- knowledge of company operating systems and policies
- understanding of supervisory practices
- knowledge of employment laws
- ability to analyze profit and loss statements
- strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and governmental regulations
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- effective presentation and communication skills with groups of managers and clients
- strong mathematical skills including algebra and geometry
- ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- Serve-Safe certification
Job Duties
- Manage the operations and staff of Wendy's restaurant
- execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following all Company guidelines
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective measures
- participate in hiring and interviewing new employees
