- oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- train develop and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
- collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
- manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability
- address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
- implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
