  • strong knowledge of budgeting culinary practices and hospitality management principles
  • experience in training development and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
  • train develop and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency
  • collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings that enhance guest satisfaction
  • manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability
  • address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience
  • implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas at all times
