Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years management experience
- ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- excellent people leadership and guest service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership
- ability to resolve issues in compliance with company standards
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform product preparation and stocking tasks

Job Duties
- Develop people through effective leadership and motivation
- create great guest experiences by setting service standards and solving guest issues
- serve as a brand champion by representing Krystal in the community and implementing promotions
- engage in business planning including forecasting, scheduling, inventory management and cost control
- maintain a safe, sanitary, and appealing facility that complies with health and safety regulations
- monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company standards
- coach and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment
