Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to stand for long periods without breaks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
- Physical ability to conduct restaurant inspections

Job Duties
- Meets budgeted sales targets
- Sets controllable cost targets
- Develops and executes a local store marketing plan
- Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers
- Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality preparation and serving
- Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours
- Maintains store cleanliness during shifts
- Writes and manages development plans for managers
- Manages production labor control and food cost control
- Conducts management performance reviews
