Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand for long periods without breaks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
  • Physical ability to conduct restaurant inspections

Job Duties

  • Meets budgeted sales targets
  • Sets controllable cost targets
  • Develops and executes a local store marketing plan
  • Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers
  • Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality preparation and serving
  • Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours
  • Maintains store cleanliness during shifts
  • Writes and manages development plans for managers
  • Manages production labor control and food cost control
  • Conducts management performance reviews
