Job Requirements

  • five years of management or leadership experience in a high-end fitness facility or high-end hotel
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • comfortable with sales
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • college degree preferred
  • master’s degree a plus
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to perform occasional bending and kneeling
  • capability for frequent standing, walking, and reaching

Job Duties

  • lead and develop a high-performance team of department directors
  • oversee all aspects of club operations including sales, fitness, aquatics, group exercise, food and beverage, childcare, day spa, facilities, and housekeeping
  • ensure delivery of five-star service and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • manage operational and financial performance of the club
  • implement brand promise and service vision consistently
  • foster a culture that develops, empowers, and recognizes employees
  • report to senior leadership with minimal supervision
