- five years of management or leadership experience in a high-end fitness facility or high-end hotel
- strong written and oral communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- comfortable with sales
- exceptional customer service skills
- college degree preferred
- master’s degree a plus
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to perform occasional bending and kneeling
- capability for frequent standing, walking, and reaching

Job Duties
- lead and develop a high-performance team of department directors
- oversee all aspects of club operations including sales, fitness, aquatics, group exercise, food and beverage, childcare, day spa, facilities, and housekeeping
- ensure delivery of five-star service and maintain a clean and safe environment
- manage operational and financial performance of the club
- implement brand promise and service vision consistently
- foster a culture that develops, empowers, and recognizes employees
- report to senior leadership with minimal supervision
