Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 21 years of age
- 1 plus years’ experience working in food service or retail environment
- 2 plus years’ supervisory experience
- valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- slip resistant shoes

Job Duties
- Maintain accountability for overall business operations
- oversee the opening and closing of the bagelry, maintaining a welcoming environment throughout business hours
- lead the team through each shift efficiently and effectively
- coach and mentor team members, recognize high performers, support career advancement opportunities
- promote an exceptional guest experience, model correct behaviors, greet guests, conduct table visits, coach the team to ensure guest satisfaction
- ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- build and enhance sales and control costs to meet budget expectations
- create schedules that provide a high level of guest service and maintain quality of life for the team
- maintain and control inventories to THB standards, ensuring product quality
- recruit, onboard, develop and maintain a strong staff, using approved interview and hiring standards
- build relationships with local businesses and the community
- keep the bagelry clean and safe, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
- promote and ensure a safe environment for guests and team members
- be a menu expert, take orders, assist in food preparation as needed
- execute tasks outside the bagelry such as catering delivery, banking transactions, and product pickup and delivery
- perform other duties or special projects as assigned or required
