Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant management
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to upholding customer service standards
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail desired
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • ability to develop and execute business plans

  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality service and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and create actionable plans
  • lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
  • oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • monitor progress towards operational targets
  • maintain high customer service standards
  • manage overall restaurant staffing, scheduling, and discipline
