Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to upholding customer service standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail desired
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- ability to develop and execute business plans

- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant while ensuring quality service and cleanliness standards
- set restaurant goals and create actionable plans
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
- oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress towards operational targets
- maintain high customer service standards
- manage overall restaurant staffing, scheduling, and discipline
