Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • four years of progressively responsible manager experience
  • two years of successful experience in retail or restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • manage franchise concepts and partnership agreements in the Titan Student Union Food Court
  • hire, train, supervise, evaluate, discipline, and develop employees
  • maintain high food quality, health, and safety standards
  • ensure efficient and profitable financial performance of operations
  • recruit, train, coach, and manage staff performance
  • develop and monitor staff schedules and maintain employee records
  • control food and labor costs, budgeting, variance analysis, and corrective action planning
  • oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and quality control
  • use operational tools including MICROS, Monthly Status Report, Quarterly Business Review, cash management and inventory management
  • ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • coordinate maintenance and repair of equipment
  • collaborate with Associate Directors, Marketing Manager, and franchise District Managers
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • oversee food and beverage preparation and service quality
  • lead implementation of seasonal promotions and company programs
  • communicate effectively
  • demonstrate professionalism during high-volume events
  • build positive team relationships
  • engage customers to enhance campus dining experience
  • inspire team members to achieve goals
  • manage additional operational areas and perform other duties as assigned
  • travel for training and professional growth
