Job Requirements
- certified dietary manager (cdm) or equivalent required
- current serv-safe certification
- minimum of 3 years experience in multi-unit foodservice management
- flexible with schedule
- will be required to work weekends and holidays

- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines
Job Duties
- manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities
- hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff
- coordinate with the clinical dietitian, train and orient the staff on dining processes
- assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
- ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards
