Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 3 years' experience as a general manager in hospitality
- demonstrated leadership capabilities
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial planning
- knowledge of brand standards and regulatory compliance
- willingness to work flexible hours
