Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and local laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance and administer rewards or disciplinary actions
- foster a positive restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to enhance job performance and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and encourage a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- optimize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety regulations
- enforce safe work practices
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards daily
- control cash, inventory, food, and labor costs
- manage P&L including food, labor, and carryout costs
- conduct weekly inventory processes
- optimize employee scheduling using company tools
- ensure proper use of equipment and maintain facilities and assets
- perform other duties as assigned
