Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as an assistant general manager or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Financial literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to undergo phone interview, manager interview, drug screening, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
- Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
- Appropriately responding to and resolving guest concerns
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting
- Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
- Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
- Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates
- Maintaining property inspections as per organization and brand
- Ensuring the property meets brand guidelines and service standards
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
