Job Duties
- Drive success of the restaurant through operation direction and control
- Ensure positive guest experience and company profitability
- Direct and supervise assistant managers and team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation
- Create and encourage high morale among staff
- Provide proper training and development for new and ongoing employees
- Resolve team member issues to minimize turnover
- Build positive guest relationships and respond to complaints
- Implement advertising and promotional campaigns
- Review financial information and monitor budget compliance
- Control restaurant assets and inventory
- Ensure compliance with cash control policies
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance and repairs
- Follow company policies and brand operations manual
- Demonstrate organizational skills and complete duties on time
