Job Duties

  • Drive success of the restaurant through operation direction and control
  • Ensure positive guest experience and company profitability
  • Direct and supervise assistant managers and team members
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation
  • Create and encourage high morale among staff
  • Provide proper training and development for new and ongoing employees
  • Resolve team member issues to minimize turnover
  • Build positive guest relationships and respond to complaints
  • Implement advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Review financial information and monitor budget compliance
  • Control restaurant assets and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with cash control policies
  • Supervise cleaning, maintenance and repairs
  • Follow company policies and brand operations manual
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and complete duties on time
