Job Requirements
- 4+ years experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work all necessary work schedules including holidays and weekends
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to nurture an equitable and unbiased culture
- Travel requirements 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship

Job Duties
- Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
- Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management
- Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction
- Maintain store physical property in good working condition
- Direct and manage store sales efforts including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising, and suggestive selling
- Achieve business plan objectives and profitability according to store operating plan and financial goals
- Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety
- Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness
- Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and control variances in production and overall store performance
- Oversee the production process and schedules to guarantee high quality and output
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing labor hours
- Interface with corporate office personnel in a timely manner as needed
