Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Reliable transportation to travel to the home store and other locations occasionally
  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Strong commitment to following brand standards and procedures
  • Ability to lead a management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules and operational goals
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards

  • Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Interview, hire, train and orientate team members
  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and development of staff
  • Manage team relations
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
