Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years supervisory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- General knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to quickly learn and train others on Wendy's systems
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, varying temperature environment
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as necessary
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure
- Must take and give direction well
- Teamwork skills with strong customer focus
- Professionalism and discretion in handling customer concerns
- Flexibility to work a 50-hour week including all shifts and days
- May need to work at multiple locations with travel ability
- Must have and maintain ServSafe Certification
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive long distances if needed

Job Duties
- Provide coaching to the team and create a fun, inviting work environment
- Identify and schedule 5-Star talent effectively
- Manage daily store operations with the support of a District Manager
- Ensure execution of company policies, programs, and systems
- Maximize store sales goals and participate in marketing programs
- Evaluate store performance using company inspection forms
- Analyze performance data and implement plans to enhance sales and profit
- Manage new product rollouts and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Coach and retrain managers as required with District Manager support
- Manage controllable expenses including food, labor, and paper costs
- Resolve customer complaints within the restaurant
- Conduct managers' meetings to reinforce priorities
- Develop subordinates to maximize contributions and promotability
- Conduct performance feedback and appraisals for management and crew
- Address customer service issues and performance concerns
- Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards on all shifts
- Utilize Customer Experience Playbook to ensure customer satisfaction
- Diagnose service issues and direct corrective actions
