Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, property management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related industry
  • Proven ability to manage P&L responsibility and meet financial targets
  • Experience in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and CRM systems
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry
  • Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
  • DC Real Estate License and Property Manager's License required within six months if not currently licensed
  • Professional certifications such as LEED GA or equivalent industry credentials preferred
  • Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting
  • Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Implement tenant satisfaction program and meet regularly with tenants to ensure success
  • Oversee competitive bidding process for third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standards
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development supporting team members' advancement
