Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in serving or bartending roles preferably with leadership duties
- Availability to work 45-50 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate staff
- Basic knowledge of inventory and vendor management
- Compliance with health, safety, sanitation and labor laws
- Capability to manage cost control measures
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
- Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Control costs including food, bar, and labor
- Manage and motivate team members ensuring excellent guest services
- Teach and coach standards and company policies
- Plan and schedule staff shifts ensuring appropriate staffing
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and labor laws
- Implement and execute trainings
- Execute specials and marketing initiatives
- Conduct interviewing, orientation, and onboarding of new employees
