Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in serving or bartending roles preferably with leadership duties
  • Availability to work 45-50 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and vendor management
  • Compliance with health, safety, sanitation and labor laws
  • Capability to manage cost control measures
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
  • Control costs including food, bar, and labor
  • Manage and motivate team members ensuring excellent guest services
  • Teach and coach standards and company policies
  • Plan and schedule staff shifts ensuring appropriate staffing
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and labor laws
  • Implement and execute trainings
  • Execute specials and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct interviewing, orientation, and onboarding of new employees
