Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in sales, management, or people development
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift 30 lb box overhead
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments

Job Duties
- Lead a confident and knowledgeable team that delivers a differentiated experience for customers
- Listen and respond to internal and external customers and build strong relationships
- Drive change in key areas to improve customer experience and use feedback to coach and recognize teams
- Inspect store pages for accuracy to prevent negative customer experience
- Manage appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the retail building and equipment
- Create and oversee day-to-day execution of strategic plan driving sales and profitability
- Make business decisions based on market competition, customer insights, and company reports
- Maintain compliance with company directives, policies, and safety procedures
- Inspect schedules for proper allocation supporting peak traffic times and key events
- Promote a fun and inclusive working atmosphere aligned with core values
- Create plans to improve associate engagement and retention
- Develop individual development plans for store leaders
- Provide mentoring and coaching to assistant general managers
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Recruit, hire, and retain a passionate and knowledgeable team
- Oversee compensation, disciplinary, and HR-related actions following company standards
