Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Must have a passion for hospitality
  • Results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales climate and restaurant performance
  • Drive top line sales performance by delivering stellar experiences and strategic partnerships
  • Control costs by managing controllable expenses and creating management systems
  • Ensure proper labor management through accurate sales forecasting and weekly schedule reviews
  • Maintain a safe, well-manicured, and organized restaurant environment
  • Partner with the Chef de Cuisine to deliver scratch culinary menu and special events
  • Lead the Bar Manager in curating craft cocktails, Tequila list, and bar program
  • Partner with leadership to design creative dining experiences driving sales
  • Hire, train, and retain top talent while ensuring team members have the resources for success
  • Execute onboarding processes and foster a luxurious culture that supports excellence
  • Develop team ownership of Areas of Responsibility and set shift performance standards
  • Lead manager meetings and hold one-on-ones to review results and professional growth
  • Grow internal talent with readiness for brand expansion roles
