Job Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches
  • Display drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
  • Have 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education
  • Adequate driving record with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently
  • Complete background check satisfactorily
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Strong and effective people-oriented relationship skills
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
  • Adequate driving record including valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with a variety of personalities

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
  • Ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
  • Maintain an inviting and positive family culture for employees and customers by coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring
  • Supply sufficient levels of product by overseeing and participating in ordering and inventory practices
  • Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Be adaptable to support your team’s abilities and knowledge
  • Remain calm and resolve customer and employee wellness issues
  • Execute marketing plans on time to build repeat customer visits
  • Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals with the District Manager
  • Build positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Have fun
