- prior leadership experience
- 4-6 years experience in relevant restaurant environment preferred
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise performance and address disciplinary actions
- foster a positive culture and employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
- assist team members as needed
- promote sales and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover and sales per guest
- greet guests and resolve service issues
- maintain efficient operations and cost controls
- ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- manage cash control, inventory, and financial reports
- control food and labor costs
- maintain facility and equipment
