Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior leadership experience
  • 4-6 years experience in relevant restaurant environment preferred
  • compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and address disciplinary actions
  • foster a positive culture and employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members
  • communicate sales performance and implement corporate programs
  • assist team members as needed
  • promote sales and suggestive selling
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • greet guests and resolve service issues
  • maintain efficient operations and cost controls
  • ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies
  • enforce safe work behaviors
  • monitor food quality and cleanliness
  • manage cash control, inventory, and financial reports
  • control food and labor costs
  • maintain facility and equipment
  • perform other duties as assigned
