Job Duties

- Manage food inventory stock levels and ordering to minimize waste
- Recruit hire train and develop team members fostering a strong culture
- Lead motivate and guide staff to achieve operational and service excellence
- Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet financial goals
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution
- Assist with staffing schedules and monitor labor costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Lead local marketing efforts and community engagement
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operational disruptions
