Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
  • Ensure Wendy's operational standards for food quality service cleanliness and safety are met
  • Manage food inventory stock levels and ordering to minimize waste
  • Recruit hire train and develop team members fostering a strong culture
  • Lead motivate and guide staff to achieve operational and service excellence
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to meet financial goals
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution
  • Assist with staffing schedules and monitor labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Lead local marketing efforts and community engagement
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and operational disruptions
