Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
- 2 years of food service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- proficient in cash handling and POS systems
- ability to manage inventory and ordering
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience preferred
- minimum of 2 years food service experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety and health codes
- experience with cash handling and inventory management

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations and report to corporate staff
- manage profit and loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs
- maintain accurate par levels on all ordering guides and prep sheets
- complete all hiring, onboarding and career development procedures
- motivate employees to deliver customer service excellence by recognizing outstanding work performance and providing constructive feedback
- participate in mentor program
- understand and strictly enforce store policy while creating a positive and productive working environment
- ensure orders are made according to recipe and procedure
- maintain excellent drink and food consistency and quality
- promote the Beyond Juice brand and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- make schedules for all shifts and manage shift changes
- oversee sanitation of workstations and equipment
- ensure compliance with food safety, health codes and cash handling procedures
- keep inventory organized and equipment in good working condition
- ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
- manage cash handling and depositing
- participate in ongoing training and mentor programs
- provide feedback and suggestions to company and manage workplace change
