Job Requirements

  • A four-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a two-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience, or at least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • valid driver’s license for the applicable state

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or related fields
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • experience with financial management and budgeting
  • proficiency in sales strategy development and execution
  • excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to use technology for reporting and operational improvement
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in excellent condition
  • develop and implement sales plans to increase bookings
  • manage budgets effectively to support financial goals
  • utilize technology and reporting tools to improve operational efficiency
  • ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues promptly
  • lead, coach, and inspire the hotel team
  • build strong relationships with owners, community leaders, and stakeholders
