Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • ability to handle physical demands such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various temperature conditions
  • dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
  • ability to maintain constant communication
  • capacity to remain alert and work safely
  • willingness to work flexible hours including possible outdoor conditions

Job Duties

  • oversee all restaurant operations and team members
  • provide leadership and motivation to ensure team members are guest-focused and team-focused
  • set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere
  • develop self and support the development of others
  • manage inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • prioritize customer service including internal customers
  • conduct coaching, training, accountability, and corrective actions
  • foster collaboration and adapt to change
  • assist with additional assigned duties
