Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in financial management and reporting

- Must be able to lead and develop a diverse team

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
- Financial acumen including budgeting and financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Proficient in hotel management software and tools
Job Duties
- Handle daily operations and oversee all areas of the hotel including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
- Market the hotel's quality products and services to exceed guest expectations
- Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the hotel
- Create the annual budget and track financial performance
- Produce and explain monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with other General Managers within ZMC Hotels
- Maintain strong relationships with guests and departments
