Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4-6 years experience in restaurant leadership role
- availability to work various shifts and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements if applicable
- strong dedication to guest service
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer literacy
- OSHA and safety compliance awareness
Job Qualifications

- prior leadership experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coach and mentor staff

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staff and compliance with company policies
