Job Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent required
- Current Serv-Safe certification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multi-unit foodservice management
- Flexible with schedule
- will be required to work weekends and holidays

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in foodservice
Job Duties
- Manage the dining program through meal service, menu development, preparation, and financial responsibilities
- Hire, supervise and train the dining and kitchen staff
- Coordinate with the clinical dietitian, train and orient the staff on dining processes
- Assure the dining program complies with all Federal, State, and Local regulations
- Ensure food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received, and stored according to company standards
