Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager
  • experience in hospitality management
  • knowledge of Marriott brand standards preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and financial planning
  • proficiency in sales forecasting and marketing strategies
  • commitment to guest service excellence
  • flexible availability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success as a General Manager with 3+ years of experience
  • Marriott brand experience is a plus
  • strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
