Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years management experience in a hotel setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficient with hotel management software

Job Duties
- Handle daily operations and oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
- Market the hotel's quality products and services to exceed guest expectations
- Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hotel
- Create the hotel's annual budget and track performance
- Produce and explain monthly financial reports
- Maintain strong guest relations and deliver financial performance
- Collaborate and learn with other hotel managers within the company
