Job Duties

  • Handle daily operations and oversee all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales
  • Market the hotel's quality products and services to exceed guest expectations
  • Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate hotel employees
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the hotel
  • Create the hotel's annual budget and track performance
  • Produce and explain monthly financial reports
  • Maintain strong guest relations and deliver financial performance
  • Collaborate and learn with other hotel managers within the company
