Job Requirements

  • At least two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Ability to create a great workplace culture
  • Passion for serving customers with enthusiasm
  • Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
  • Visionary leadership with high standards
  • Ability to handle challenges and excitement of restaurant business
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum two years driving experience
  • Reliable transportation not dependent on public transit
