Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned McDonald's franchisee, which operates separately from McDonald's USA. This franchisee possesses a license to use the McDonald's brand, including its logos and food products, to run their restaurant. However, it is a distinct business entity responsible for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staff scheduling, discipline, and supervision. Job Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Clarksville or Dickson Tennessee areas
  • Ability to lead a high-performing team
  • Commitment to upholding customer service standards
  • Ability to manage financial and operational goals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Capability to hire, train, and develop staff
  • Must meet age requirement of 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations preferred
  • Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
  • Experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and coach team members
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify for a managerial role

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting financial goals
  • Ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Work with Department Managers to set goals and track progress
  • Provide coaching and direction to Department Managers for continuous improvement
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Manage staff scheduling and operational workflows
