Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant leadership roles
- prior leadership experience
- available to work a variety of shifts and weekends
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping
- effective verbal communication skills
- compliance with state age requirements for alcohol service where applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members
- model professional behavior and maintain a hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances
- cascade corporate programs to management and staff
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- champion sales building and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- ensure OSHA and health and safety code compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash procedures, inventory, labor, and financial reports
- manage food, labor, and carryout costs
- manage weekly employee scheduling
- ensure proper use of equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other duties as assigned
