Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and apply Wendy's operating systems
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Compliance with all federal, state and local regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
  • Experience in coaching and training staff effectively
  • Demonstrated sales-driven mentality with ability to beat last year's sales
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws applicable to restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership and people-first approach
  • Prior experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment is preferred

Job Duties

  • Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
  • Champion Wendy's operating systems
  • Lead and direct daily activities of 20-50 employees
  • Follow federal, state and local laws
  • Act as a hands-on coach and effective trainer
