  • solid experience in a managerial role

Job Duties

  • be present on the sales floor, actively engaging with your team and customers

  • drive store performance through strategic sales initiatives and personal sales leadership
  • network and build strong relationships with clients and community partners
  • treat the store as your own business, utilizing creativity and leadership skills to shape and grow the market presence

  • wear a rhino costume if necessary, demonstrating commitment
