Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Windows operating systems
- effective communication skills in English
- valid driver's license
- ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- must work well in high-pressure situations and maintain composure
- must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
- must lead team members to provide friendly service with a smile
- must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
- basic market knowledge
- must be able to read, write, and understand English
- must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces
- onboard new team members according to checklist
- complete all daily summary and night audit processes
- prepare and upload daily shift handover reports
- oversee brand standard adherence and conduct quality assurance audits
- enforce uniform and greeting standards
- certify fire and life safety inspections and correct deficiencies
- confirm completion of preventative maintenance tasks
- manage team member work schedules and shift assignments
- build a culture of learning and safety
- provide training and ensure staff functional expertise
- communicate career growth opportunities
- deliver daily coaching and feedback
- review previous day time clock punches
- follow purchase order process and invoice signoff
- maintain inventory management and clean storage areas
