Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in Windows operating systems
  • effective communication skills in English
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • must work well in high-pressure situations and maintain composure
  • must be attentive to detail and meet deadlines
  • must lead team members to provide friendly service with a smile
  • must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages at select properties
  • basic market knowledge
  • must be able to read, write, and understand English
  • must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily supervision walks including guest rooms and public spaces
  • onboard new team members according to checklist
  • complete all daily summary and night audit processes
  • prepare and upload daily shift handover reports
  • oversee brand standard adherence and conduct quality assurance audits
  • enforce uniform and greeting standards
  • certify fire and life safety inspections and correct deficiencies
  • confirm completion of preventative maintenance tasks
  • manage team member work schedules and shift assignments
  • build a culture of learning and safety
  • provide training and ensure staff functional expertise
  • communicate career growth opportunities
  • deliver daily coaching and feedback
  • review previous day time clock punches
  • follow purchase order process and invoice signoff
  • maintain inventory management and clean storage areas
