Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant leadership experience
- Prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and mentor staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to follow cash control and security procedures
Job Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants preferred
- College or culinary school education preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

- Exceptional team-building capabilities
- Basic business math and accounting knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Available to work various shifts and weekends
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- Shape and maintain a positive employee culture and high engagement levels
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Foster a professional and hospitable environment that encourages excellent performance
- Communicate sales goals and performance to management and staff
- Maintain operational efficiency including cash control, inventory, scheduling, and financial reporting
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, safety standards, and OSHA compliance
- Manage labor and food costs while maximizing sales and profitability
- Handle guest relations and resolve service or food quality issues
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management
