Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- Proficiency communicating in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to comply with local and state regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
- Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions required
- Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager required
- ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or the ability to obtain required
- Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
- Demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
- Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
- Create an over-the-top crew experience
- Deliver balanced business results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
- Ensure sustainable growth in sales and profits through effective people, personal, business, and results leadership
- Maintain compliance with ServSafe, local, and state regulatory requirements
