Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
  • Proficiency communicating in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to comply with local and state regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 5+ years management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • 3+ years consistent achievement of highly distinguished business results as a restaurant manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager positions required
  • Proven leadership and performance record of success as a casual dining or full service restaurant manager required
  • ServSafe, local and state regulatory certificates or the ability to obtain required
  • Proficiency communicating verbally and in writing in English required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead restaurant operations through a team of managers and crew
  • Demonstrate leadership by living Red Lobster's principles
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence focusing on culinary, beverage, and service excellence
  • Create an over-the-top crew experience
  • Deliver balanced business results from guest, employee, process, and financial perspectives
  • Ensure sustainable growth in sales and profits through effective people, personal, business, and results leadership
  • Maintain compliance with ServSafe, local, and state regulatory requirements
