Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED
  • two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management
  • proven track record of successfully promoting team members
  • experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
  • ability to make difficult personnel decisions
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of the brand daily
  • competent in all FOH and BOH positions
  • responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant FOH and BOH
  • responsible for same store sales growth
  • responsible for line speed measured using transaction times
  • serve as primary point of contact for customer service matters and overall customer reviews
  • handle the execution of quality food following procedures and company standards
  • coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
  • review weekly employee schedules
  • complete weekly reports, self-reporting, staffing guide, online ordering, inventory
  • have thorough knowledge of company culture
  • follow company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain neat appearance
  • ensure employees follow policies and procedures
  • perform other assigned duties
