Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of quick service restaurant experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- valid driver's license
- ability to lift 10-50 lbs
- clear verbal and auditory communication skills
- ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties
- Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
- model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance and ensure training systems are followed
- maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
- oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
- train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
- work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
- manage food and labor costs
- execute company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws
- monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
- manage and maintain safe working conditions
- manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
- develop long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
- responsible for new hire life cycle including interview, selection and training
- anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
- ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
- identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
