Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of quick service restaurant experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to lift 10-50 lbs
  • clear verbal and auditory communication skills
  • ability to operate a computer such as desktop or tablet

Job Duties

  • Maintain fast, accurate service and provide excellent customer service
  • model restaurant hospitality responding to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • train, develop, coach and evaluate employee performance and ensure training systems are followed
  • maximize store sales goals versus budget including participation in marketing programs
  • oversee and partner on increasing catering sales
  • train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
  • work with the leadership team to meet sales goals
  • manage food and labor costs
  • execute company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
  • manage and maintain safe working conditions
  • manage employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover
  • develop long term sales growth initiatives for profitable sales growth
  • responsible for new hire life cycle including interview, selection and training
  • anticipate and identify problems and initiate corrective action
  • ensure continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness
  • identify and develop internal candidates for management and Shift Lead positions
