Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years' managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of relevant federal, state, and local laws
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work under stress and irregular hours
- Physically able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and perform store audits
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and travel less than 10%
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant or retail customer service
- Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems
- Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and relevant laws
- ServSafe certification
- Passion for health and fitness preferred
Job Duties
- Manage staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling of team members
- Guide and complete orientation for new employees
- Plan and organize shifts to meet team and guest needs
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure store operations
- Schedule and execute training sessions with minimal guest disruption
- Identify training needs and customize improvement programs
- Support career development and facilitate internal mobility
- Utilize operational tools to maintain excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards
- Manage cash activities and reconcile logs
- Monitor KPIs and adjust store operations
- Develop local marketing plans and community outreach
- Maintain inventory flow and product placement
- Set and maintain store according to expectations
- Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback
- Recognize team accomplishments
- Promote company guidelines and brand vision
- Drive cross-department collaboration
