Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar food service leadership role
- Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Effective communication skills in English
- Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to the store team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Maximize sales and profitability through operational excellence
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
- Manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
- Maintain high food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are met
