Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
  • Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar food service leadership role
  • Previous experience managing profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Possession of Food Handler's Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to the store team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Maximize sales and profitability through operational excellence
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
  • Manage profit and loss, inventory, labor, and scheduling
  • Maintain high food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are met
