Job Duties

  • Build effective teams and develop talent
  • drive engagement by collaborating with Area Director and Store Managers
  • communicate effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers
  • instill trust and ensure accountability
  • lead by example on the sales floor
  • improve results by identifying and achieving payroll and sales goals
  • manage payroll expenses and labor plans efficiently and effectively
