Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or related field
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and operational controls
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
  • Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
  • Manage and address guest reviews to uphold review standards
  • Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
  • Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L to facilitate successful hotel operations
  • Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
  • Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
  • Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
  • Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
