Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in managing budgets and operational controls
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
- Ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Manage and address guest reviews to uphold review standards
- Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
- Manage budgets, control labor, occupancy, and P&L to facilitate successful hotel operations
- Network within the local community to promote the property and build relationships
- Lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- Assist with housekeeping and daily laundry duties as needed
- Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
- Know and follow property emergency procedures to meet security needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
