Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Capability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team
- Willingness to relocate or work in different Birdcall locations as needed
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to restaurant operations
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including guest service and financial management
- Manage and lead restaurant team ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Maintain inventory control and safety protocols
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to support company growth and new location openings
