Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Capability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team
  • Willingness to relocate or work in different Birdcall locations as needed
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials and operational procedures
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to restaurant operations
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including guest service and financial management
  • Manage and lead restaurant team ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Maintain inventory control and safety protocols
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and restaurant profitability
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to support company growth and new location openings
