Job Duties
- lead performance management activities including goal setting coaching career development and performance reviews
- assist in selecting and developing high-performance employees
- partner with corporate HR for recruiting
- oversee onboarding and training including compliance and paperwork
- ensure 100% completion of ongoing training per standards
- motivate and align managerial staff for maximum productivity
- enforce store policies procedures and productivity standards
- monitor and document staff performance with HR support
- oversee employee schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency
- audit and verify payroll including commissions bonuses and tips
- conduct regular staff meetings for communication of goals and promotions
- maintain a safe clean and secure environment
- improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to standards
- coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- collaborate with supervisor for store performance and staff development
- ensure exceptional store experience to engage and retain customers
