Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years prior leadership experience in restaurant industry
- Experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- Knowledge of company policies and applicable laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
- Ability to manage financial aspects like P&L, food and labor costs
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to uphold safety and health standards
- Ability to handle guest relations and resolve conflicts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- 4-6 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations according to company policies and applicable laws
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work while appraising performance
- Reward, discipline, and if necessary terminate employees
- Resolve employee complaints and problems
- Shape restaurant culture and ensure high employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Create a professional, warm, and hospitable atmosphere
- Communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to the team
- Assist team members with job duties as needed
- Lead sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality/service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Enforce OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- Monitor daily activities for quality food and cleanliness
- Control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- Manage schedules and financial reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment and facility
- Perform all other duties as assigned
